How does the logo and stationary design process work?
It is simple to order a logo or stationary package from us. Simply click on the buy now button and follow the instructions to pay for your order. If you prefer to pay by cheque you can contact us and we will send you an invoice for your order. Once your order and payments have been processed we will get in touch by email or phone if you prefer to discuss your requirements. Within a week you will receive your initial design concepts, after you have given us some feedback we will incorporate any changes and present the design for your approval. Once the final design is agreed will then send your logo or stationary via email in several different formats.
How do I get my initial designs?
Your initial designs will be submitted to you for approval via email and delivered in Adobe PDF format.
How long does the logo and stationary design process take?
We recommend that you allow on week for our logo and stationary design process to be complete. Normally depending on our workload the process will be quicker.
How does payment work?
Ayrshire Internet Marketing accepts payments from all major credit cards via our website. We use paypal because its secure and will allow you to pay in multiple currencies. Payments can also be made by cheque if you prefer.
How can I use my logo?
The only limit is your imagination! You can use your logo on almost everything. The formats we supply your final logo in are the de facto standard and are accepted all over the world. Think of stationery, vehicle paintwork, coffee cup, mousemat, t-shirt (printed as well as embroidered), website, advertisements, brochures...the list goes on!

Do you take orders from outside the United Kingdom?
Yes! Ayrshire Internet Marketing is primarily internet based so we deal with customers all over the globe. We accept payments in GBP, US Dollars and Euros.
Once the logo you design is given to me, do I get copyright?
Yes! Once we have completed the logo we remove our copyright from it. All of Logo Solution's work is copyrighted by us as ORIGINAL WORKS. Therefore, you are free to receive copyright once our invoice is settled.
